Film House is an independent production company specializing in creating affordable, broadcast quality films to promote the sale or letting of prestige properties.

Houses are filmed and edited using the latest digital formats to produce short DVD films that can be easily distributed and viewed on plasma, LCD or computer screens.

Property brochures and house listings on the Internet remain a tried and tested means of achieving sales. But in a volatile and highly aggressive market, especially in the £2 million plus sector, achieving prominence and competitive advantage is increasingly difficult.
